Is the reproductive system of a dwarf the same length and size of a average sized female?
I have always wondered if the reproductive organs in a dwarf is the same size of an average sized person. What about the anus? Is it the same size also? I know it's a wierd question, but it's one that has always made me wonder.
Funny you should ask. There was a TV program on dwarves just yesterday on National Geographic. I don't remember everything, but I'm sure I can use the internet to fill in the gaps.
First off, there are many types of dwarves.
Most straightforward (and memorable, at least to me) is the primordial dwarf, a rarity of a rarity. In them, everything is proportionally small. Smaller heart, liver, stomach, penis, hand, even brain, though some have the same mental capacity of of a normal person, and are even bright. However, estimates in the United States for individuals born with dwarfism range from 100,000 to 500,000.
Other types of dwarfism are more complicated, but also more common. They're genetic defects that can effect all sorts of things, and often some parts of the body are proportional, others aren't. As Wikipedia says:

rhizomelic = root, e.g. bones of upper arm or thigh
mesomelic = middle, e.g. bones of forearm or lower leg
acromelic = end, e.g. bones of hands and feet.
70% of dwarves are "Achondroplasia", caused by a problem with the growth of cartilage, where their cartilage grows perpendicular to bones instead of parallel. They have short arms and legs, short fingers and toes, and a differently shaped face, partly caused by hydrocephalus caused by a smaller opening to drain cerebrospinal fluid. They also have a sort of "waddling" gait because of problems with their knee joints. It didn't mention anything on the cable show, it doesn't mention anything about it on Wikipedia, and I haven't seen any dwarf porn before, but I'd guess an Achon female has organs comparable to an average person, but perhaps slightly smaller due to the smaller bones.
There's a lot of other types, but the other one they mentioned on the show was Hypochondroplasia. In this, just about everything's normal, but the arm and leg bones are stunted. I'd say with pretty good certainty that the reproductive organs of a Hypo are the same size as an average person.
As for the other common types, I don't know. If you're really curious, I'm sure there's plenty of dwarf porn on the internet. And I'm sure there's plenty of people attracted to it for the same reasons most people are attracted to all sorts of weird fetishes. They desire for something new and strange after "boring, old sex", and/or there's a power difference, which I'm sure is true in dwarf sex.
